Automation plants for assembly and inspection machines

These machines are designed to perform the various assembly phases of a product and inspect it if necessary.

They are generally special machines and they can have the structure of a transfer machine. It starts from the main body of the component and individual parts are assembled to it station after station (generally vibration-fed), until the finished product is obtained. Tests can be carried out during or after assembly to verify the correct assembly of the components, otherwise the product can be inspected. These machines can also produce large amounts of pieces with limited cycle times and therefore at low cost as they take advantage of the simultaneous work of the various assembly stations.
