"Support request” procedure from the web site:
1. Click on Automac Technology QS_en.
2. Click on Save to save the file on your own pc
3. Run the Automac TechnologyQS_en
4. A window appears on the screen with the ID and the Password
5. Communicate with the Automac technician, via e-mail or Skype, the ID and the Password
6. The technician starts the remote support session
7. Wait for further instructions from the technician
